First up, Brightonian chap-hop. A daintier Detroit, where the hood is a bonnet, one uses hose for lawn freshening and banging somebody up is offering an alarm call, this English Riviera town is home to no less than two talented chap-hoppers: Mr B and Professor Elemental.
Such is the importance of chap-hop rivalry on the world stage that New York’s Wall Street Journal ran a feature article on the “feud” (4/4/2011). See here for the full piece.
The two actually had an on-stage face off recently, with only a little diss and dat as befits such decent chaps, see here for highlights. The winner? You decide, from their works on offer below…
